Look you can choose subjects as get MBA specifications for example if you want to do MBA in finance then you can take finance in B.Com and respectively you can choose your line of B.Com.

Hi friend, first decide whether you want to do further studies or want a job.
As for me, I will suggest you to go with a job and along with that, you can pursue distance education. And for the education, you can pursue M.Com, M.A., MBA and yes, you can pursue the masters course from a foreign country also.

Yes friend, you can do CA along with B.Com but for this, you need to follow some compliance i.e. have to inform to CA institute i.e. ICAI that you are doing B.Com.
