Here is the eligibility criteria to pursue D.Pharmacy:
1. Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2018.
2. Pass in plus two examination with 50% in physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with mathematics or biology.
3. Pass in D.Pharma course from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
4. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. As you do not fit any of the above criteria, you cannot apply for this course.

Yes, of course you could get admission in any college for BMS or B.Com. Every college has some quota reserved for students, try to contact the college body.
I will suggest you to go from written test and personal interview.
