In this university, Candidate must have passed Graduation or Masters Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities with minimum aggregate marks of 50% for Gen/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST or Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics or any other qualificat

Unfortunately, you are not eligible. Only candidates who have cleared 10+2 are eligible.

Hey there.
It is not possible at all to take both the exams simultaneously.
You will have to go by the procedure and in order, you need to clear the 2nd year and there after 3rd year.

Well, the last date to apply for UG courses at DAV dates back in last months.
Now, you cant apply as only PG courses are being offers as of now.

Yes, the admission in JCCL is done on the basis of merit of the candidate as determined by the performance in the Maharashtra CET Law examination, followed by the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). .

Mathematics is the compulsory subject to get into DU for B.Com(Hons). Few of the colleges has made mathematics compulsory for B.Com (Prog) too.
It's not compulsory that mathematics should be the part of best of four percentage what matters is that you should have studied it in 10+2.
