A candidate must have passed 10+2 or HSC exam from a recognized board. (60% minimum)

Dear Mr. Samdani, first check with your son what he is interested in. Second, B.Tech is a professional degree and is going to have more value than B.Com. Third, make your son go for integrated B.Com-MBA, so that later he does't have to run for admission for MBA. There are many good universities like LPU, Punjab; IIM, Indore; MMU, Haryana, etc. That are offering the course. They world class universities with modern infrastructure are offering studies conducive environment along with placement options to their students. Check their websites for more details. Good luck.

Dear Yashojeet, try for those universities that conduct their own test for admission. Good universities like LPU, SRM, etc. Conduct their own test for admission. These worldclass universities offer conducive environment for studies along with modern facilities for students. When you will check the placement record you will find that too is worth appreciating. Recently, MHRD has released its list of ranking of educational institutions and both the universities have been placed very high. Please check their websites for more details. Good luck.
