If you do CA, make sure you have B.Com degree. That will have you a push in market. But if accounting is not your Forte then don't even think about CA. Go for MBA. For getting into IIM, you need to score high in CA. Exams. Before attempting go for coaching for atleast 1 and a half years.

No. You can not take admissions directly into IInd year for B.Com

You can pursue graduation in any stream.

Hi Manoj, You can choose as per your interest. Some of the courses provide specialisation in the following:
1) Accounts and Finance
2) Commerce and Management
3) Marketing/ Human resource Management
4) Economics Management.

Yes there is a university level entrance exam there for admission into B.Com accounting and finance. Rest you can call their admissions cell to confirm about the same.

If you are willing to prepare for entrance, prepare for CAT, bank, PO, SSC, etc.
Else, you can join a job in accounting, office administration, etc. either in local firms in your city or national firms like EY/KPMG.
You may also want to read and research about CFA/CPA if you want to study finance.
