If you have a Bachelor's degree you are eligible, otherwise you'll need professional work experience of at least 4 years.

Students with commerce background and with 40% in 12th are eligible to apply for this course.

See there are various colleges under CAT. Some of the top colleges are IIMs, FMS, MDI, IMT, JBIMS, IMI, SP Jain, few IITs, KJSIMSR, Great lakes, TAPMI, GIM-Goa, FORE, LBSIM, XIMB, etc.

I wouldn't suggest you B.Com because biotechnology requires a lot of time and hard work, and it is not easy to cope up with both the courses.

You can take admission in IGNOU for B.Com. Its degree certificate is valid for government jobs.

You can go for MBA or start preparing for CA and put in some extra effort.

Which level of graduation are you in? If you are in the final year, it is suggested that you go for CS executive directly after clearing your graduation. If you are in the first year or so, yes you can go for the foundation programme of ICSI.

It's better to go for B.Com and CS. Both are in line with commerce background. Moreover, with the open options of pursuing Masters after completing your B.Com either M.Com or MBA, it is better to go for the latter combination. BCA plus MBA is also good but not as remunerative as the latter combo.
