Yes, you can certainly apply for M.Com in finance at Dibrugarh University. A candidate who has cleared B.Com, BMS or BBA with at least 50% marks is eligible to pursue the course.

You can always go for the course in which you are interested. MBA, M.Com and PGDM are some of the courses that you can go for. But if you are interested in something like designing or say hotel management or event management courses, you can always go for that. It all depends on your area of interes

There isn't any Entrance exam this year most probably as it isnt announced in the official website.
Also, no idea if you can get into SRCC, Hindu or Hansraj. It depends on this year's cut-off.
