For B.Com it entirely depends upon the specialisation which you are pursuing. For example if you are pursuing B.Com in Finance and Accounts, its quite difficult whereas B.Com in marketing is comparatively easier. It also depends upon the university. Calcutta university is among on the most difficult university to pursue your B.Com.

Different universities have different criteria. It would be useful for you, if you log into the university official website in which you are willing to apply. There are information given in their website regarding their eligibility criteria. Majority of the foreign colleges also have this query section, where you can write about your query and provide your e-mail ID. They would send you a mail and contact you. You can directly ask those questions about any sort of doubts. They are generally very helpful and they can give you the absolute correct information regarding their college's criteria.

You may write both, CMA and MBA simultaneously. Both the exams do not clash with each other, and some of the subjects are also in common. But, do remember CMA is not as easy as MBA.
