Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. Reserved categories get some relaxation in aggregate percentage.
Apart from this there is another prerequisite for taking admission in MCA degree; one must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 as a compulsory subject.

Minimum qualification for admission is a candidate must have done B.Sc or B.Com or BCA degree with Mathematics or Statistics, as one of the subjects with not less than 60% marks, excluding languages, in the qualifying examination. There will be entrance test for admission to the course.

Popular colleges in Canada are Durham, Douglas, Fanshawe, Humber, Red River College etc. If you have more than 75% in your 12th you can apply to top universities like University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser, etc.

With 50%, I am afraid you cannot study in Canada. Some college may accept you but visa will not be granted easily. So look for other countries like Ireland, Belgium, Poland etc.
