NIOS is a valid and recognised board so you can study further. But you have to check the eligibility criteria and cut-offs of the colleges. With 60%, you can check private colleges.

You can do MBA but you have choose a better college for MBA, and you can do CFA, CMA also.
Some other certified courses comprise cost accounting, corporate accounting, taxation, etc. In my point of view, you should do MBA in finance or you can join taxation course.

You can do MBA for career growth, but you have to choose a better college for MBA, and you can do CFA, CMA also.
You can also opt for other certified course, like cost accounting, corporate accounting, taxation and other. In my point of view, you should do MBA in finance or you can join taxation course. Both course provide good career growth and knowledge.
