Hello,
Both are equally good; it depends on your interests and career goals. BBA is ideal if you're pursuing a career in the management field while B Com is a better option if you want to work in the core finance sector.

Jamia has a central placement cell which invites companies open to take interns but they never guarantee you an internship like a lot of private universities started doing lately. If you're good enough and possess good skill set, you can easily fetch you an internship. I can't give you the figures of the highest package so far but I can assure you for a bright future ahead if you study in Jamia and put efforts to make yourself worthy enough to fetch high packages on offer.

It could be possible but very difficult. B.Tech is a very demanding course to pursue and additional course will be very tough.
