Hello Shikha,
There is no need to panic. You can pursue various courses. You can go for M.Com, MBA, or prepare for bank PO examinations, CA, CS too are into options.
Or, you can go for mass communication courses as well. Enormous opportunities are there.
Calm down first. Think over what is your interest area, then look for the courses available, go through the syllabus, then enroll for it.

After B.Com, first priority is M.Com. If you are not interested in that, you can go for MBA. Otherwise, if you have interest in computer programming, coding, developing, then you can choose MCA!

If you had maths as a subject in 10+2 stage then you are eligible to seek admission in MCA. With extra effort, you will be able to cope up with MCA studies. MCA is the second best educational qualification after B.Tech CS/IT to seek developer or tester job in IT and ITES companies.

Sydenham is one of the top colleges in and around Mumbai for pursuing both B.Com and management studies later. Whereas Ness Wadia Pune isn't a reputed college.

Students with B.Com degree have options of doing higher post graduate studies such as M.Com, MBA, MCA or PG Diplomas or LLB, MA Mass Communication. MSW etc. You had also do one year long PG diploma in area of your interests such as Banking, Insurance, capital market, HR, sales etc. You can also do industry specific certifications such as LOMA, IIBA. BCS etc. You can professional courses such as CA, CS, CFA, CMA etc.
CA is very prestigious but difficult to obtain professional degree. M.Com focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects and prepares you for Finance and Accounting jobs in enterprises. MBA

MBA in finance is a good option after B.COM. SRMU-Lucknow is a good college, with a decent ROI. 120 batch strength. If you can prepare for 1 more year and try MBA entrance exam this year, you can target for top premier B-Schools known for Finance.
