There are several courses which you can do along with your B.Com but before you decide upon any course you should know what are your interests and career aspirations. The choices can be in the field of accounts (like CA, ICWA or CS), or you can opt for short term IT Courses, (Like SAP, 3D Animation computer programming etc.)

If you are interested in commerce then you go ahead with it because you can give your best in a field in which you are interested. You can go for B.Com/ M.Com and then a PhD for an academic career.Log in to some good colleges like RV, LPU, JAMIA etc

You haven't mentioned that for which particular university you want to know the eligibility criteria, as different university have different criteria.
However, in general the eligibility for M.sc (Statistics) is such that "Candidate must have passed B.A. (Honours)/B.sc (Honours) in Statistics or Mathematics or must have studied Mathematics and Statistics as subject in B.A./B.sc. Whereas for aggregate, reputed institutes like- IIT's, demands for 60% including all six semesters.
Wheras admission is also based on entrance in reputed institutes like- IIT's, ISI, etc.
