Firstly clear MAT/CAT/CMAT with good percentage. Then you can start applying to any of the institutes you like. IMIS is a good one. And also all the government affiliated universities will serve u well. Hope, it helps.

Placements:Poor placements as hardly 1 or 2 companies visit the campus like Genpact, which offer a package of around 2 lakhs PA. Though the college permits the students to take part in Delhi University's central placement cell which is a pool placement for all DU colleges. From the placement perspective, one should avoid MAC.
Infrastructure:The infrastructure is quite good as compared to the other Delhi University colleges as the college has shifted to a new campus which was built recently in 2006. B.Com or B.Com(honors) both are a 3 year Undergraduate degree programme. There are many colleges and universities in India that provide this degree. Delhi University attracts the most crowd of B.Com aspirants. There are many other institutions that you can join after your 12th.

It is not necessary that every college has B.Com LLB, but I am sure than TNNLS and UPES, Dehradun offer B.Com LLB and it's better you take CLAT to get admission in TNNLS.
