If you or your brother Want to become a lawyer or a judge in a court, you should pursue LLB, which will help you further in your field.

You are not eligible, because most of the universities require minimum of 50% marks in graduation. You would get the admission through this percentage, but you will get very low profiled B-Schools. Placement and opportunity will be zero.
So, choose from other programmes like:
Advertising
Journalism
Travel and tourism
PR and event management
Film and TV production

B.com cut off goes to 100 percent too. It depends on where do you want to study from? You may be able to make a go with 80% marks. But, lower than that means looking for evening college.

It is very difficult. Maybe, you can try last cut off of the evening colleges for some not so popular programs. Don't target the morning classes. Or, maybe if you have sports quota, you can get admission.

Both are good, but I guess, B.Com computer applications are best over Normal B.Com will get edge in placement and knowledge.
All the best.
