Hi Ankit,
You may check for PG Diploma programs in Accounting, Finance etc. Most of these programs also have modules of CPA, CMA which you can enroll into. Final choice would be yours, you have to know your interests what kind of job you want to do in future. You can check here

No, try for other better colleges as you are already earning 5 lacs so try to get admission in college which has an average 8 LPA or more than that.
Otherwise, in case of distance MBA if in the company you're working says that if you get an MBA degree then you will be promoted or the increase of pay scale then go for distance MBA, otherwise, it's better that you should go for regular MBA from a very good college.
BIMM is also good but you know if you get a better-ranked college then BIMM then it's good for your package. Otherwise, BIMM is also a good option.

Both of them are linked to each other, because the course you study in B.Com is same in CA. The concept is same in CA as B.Com with a very deep knowledge and some practical approach.

B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. The course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialise in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the Honours course.
