Yes, you can pursue B.Com as a part-time course. Also, you can go for distance education.

If you have scored above 50% in your graduation, than you are eligible for admission. If you have scores less, than you can go for Diploma course in management.

If you have done B.Com, two options are there. First, you can prepare for CAT and get admission in good B-School so that after completion of MBA, you can get a good job. Second option is to search for a job and after gaining two years of experience then go for E-MBA to get career growth. You can choose any of the option.
