If you are well and good in accounts then prefer CMA, if not then go for MBA from a good B-school through CAT or MAT entrance exam.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences- School of Vocational Education do offers lateral entry to you, if you have desired skills taught in Year-1 at TISS-SVE. Visit www.sve.tiss.edu. In Indore you could visit TISS-SVE Training Hub Centre at 202, Apollo Trade Centre and Geeta bhawan Square, Indore. For entry to year-2 you need to appear for RLC (Recognition of Prior Learning) as per National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF).

Hi Pranjal,
As you know, both are different areas of study. MCA explore a gateway to IT Industry and you can find job as Application, Software Programmer, Web Programmer, Software tester, etc. while MBA is a key into corporate managerial life.
But you must know the structure of both programs. MBA is of two years in duration and the Duration of MCA is three years( Lateral Entry system into direct 2nd Year is available in some universities, but only BCA, B.Sc -CS / IT graduates can enjoy the benefit of LET).
