To be honest, 51 percentile in any MBA entrance exam won't fetch you calls from even the average B-schools. I advise you to study hard and try cracking these exams starting later this year. A great percentile and a decent GD-PI round should fetch you admission into the choice of your B-school(s).

Private banks hire people at entry level from the campus. Since you have done MBA through correspondence you might have missed this opportunity. You could start working with a DSA / sales / channel partner of a bank or NBFC / HFC and start gathering experience. You could apply to a private bank as and when an opportunity comes up meeting your expertise. One should continue to be hopeful and stay focused to acquire the desired skill sets.

You can join MA in Mass Communication after B.Com to pursue career in Journalism. The basic eligibility for admission to MA in Mass Communication is a Bachelor degree in any stream of minimum 3 years duration. It is not compulsory to have a Bachelor degree in Journalism or Mass communication but it certainly gives an edge to such candidates.

You can look for Integrated courses, where you will pursue graduation and post graduation in 5 years. Else, for doing MBA, you need to complete graduation.
