DU is Delhi University. It is regarded and counted as one of the top most Universities in India and also one of the most reputed ones.
Every year DU grants admissions to the 12th pass outs on the basis of the merit of their 12th board marks.
So, as you have scored 70% aggregate, let me guess that your best of 4 is obviously more than 70%.
Still keeping in mind the level of competition we have to see these days, even 90 percenters are facing problems in getting admissions in the top DU colleges.

BBA is a professional degree as compared to B.Com and B.Com is an academic degree. So, for job opportunities in MNC companies or for further career, prefer BBA. BBA is good and will be the best option for you.
