Hello,
As your main focus is on UPSC, you can opt for any minimum level graduation. The basic requirement of UPSC is to have a bachelor degree. Which degree do you have doesn't matter for UPSC. So, you can opt for B.Com or BBA as these are the minimum level graduation which requires only 3 years. Further these courses don't put so much pressure on students. So, you can easily prepare for UPSC as well.

Hi,
To get admission in the best MBA institutes/ universities, you need to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, MAT etc. If you want to join 2017-2019 batch, you can still appear for May MAT exam. Else, you will have to wait another one year to qualify for CAT, XAT or CMAT.
All the best.

Hey Sunil,
With 55%, you cannot apply for universities in Germany or Canada. They will reject you straightaway. SPP colleges might still give you admission, but you won't be getting visa. Australia is also competitive, but you can still make it. Accounts and finance related courses are better for a B.Com student, but it depends on your interest and career plans.
