It is better to go for a job, if you can as it would provide you with industrial exposure. After taking experience of at least 2 to 3 years, you can pursue MBA.

Oshawa has one campus of UOIT that offers MBA. UOIT is one of the first universities in Canada to offer this as a concentration at the MBA level. For students with at least two years of relevant work experience, the MBA at UOIT builds on their employment experiences and can be completed in 16 months of full-time study. For students with less than two years of relevant work experience, there is an opportunity to integrate MBA studies with work placements in a 24-month schedule of full-time study that includes work components. Previous relevant work experience (such as a co-op placement) can reduce the work requirement for this
