If you had maths in class XII board then only you are eligible for MCA from good MCA colleges. If you want to pursue career in technology then MCA is very good career option. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope and opportunities for MBAs are better but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. At the start of the career, MBA is better paid then MCA but in long run, both careers are equally good and paying because software engineers have opportunities to work on onsite assignments abroad with better financial saving potential.
