For getting into top management colleges, you need minimum 50% marks in your class 10th, 12th and graduation. For MBA, you can get admissions on basis of your entrance exams and rank you get.

3) SP Jain Institute of Management and Research – Mumbai.

Amity - Noida is one of the best universities to pursue B.Com honors or BBA LLB course, but if you want to take admission in Delhi University, then you should have good percentage in class 12th.

Yes, you can easily get jobs after completing your B.Com degree, you can go for many private or else government jobs.

B.Com honors is better. But, I don't think that there might be any issues. So, you can choose any of them.
