As there are many institutions that provide good knowledge in finance, so it becomes difficult to answer that which institute is good or let's say the best.
As IIBF is the institution that is named after India, I would prefer you to do some research over it and then take your final decision.
Best of luck for your future.

Hello,
It depends on your study schedule, if you have taken commerce in 11th and 12th then you will not be having any problem in scoring good in B.Com because you may get financial accounting and other subjects in this course. I would suggest you to concentrate more on accounting subjects and make a schedule for yourself about how to study.
All the best.

Dear,
You have to join any institute for English communication course like British council.
They have programmes for basic learner that will help you to catch the English medium and according to me, you should go for advance level in the same for your future growth.
