It may be difficult to get job in TCS or other tier I IT companies based on B.Com. In past few IT companies hired tester and BA from top colleges. If you are targeting TCS or other Tier I IT companies, you are advised to do MBA.

B.Com LLB integrated course is a very good option. It will help you to become specialist lawyer in Direct and Indiect taxes in future. You can do independent consulting practice and earn well.

All three options are good if you want to pursue MBA. B.Tech will provide you technical skills which will be very helpful to you in managerial career. With B.Com you have option of doing MBA finance. BBA will give you exposure on all functional areas of management and you can decide what specilaisation to chose based on your interests and strengths after BBA. I will recommend you to opt for BBA before pursuing MBA.
