B.Com with or without industry integrated focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects prepares you for finance and accounting jobs in enterprises. BBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and operations. BBA provides wider options in different functions and various types of industries. Although, you must do graduate degree based on your interest area. I will recommend BBA for a better career opportunities and growth as after exposure in different functions of management during BBA, you can chose best specializations in MBA.

After the completion of your UG, you can opt for a MBA/PGDM program which will help you in enhancing your management skills. It will be helpful for future growth and promotions. Although, there are lakhs of MBA graduates in the country but only around 10% are employable. Thus, the chances of growth in this field are quite high if you extract and enhance your skill by joining a MBA/PGDM program. Coming on to the jobs, you will easily get a job after completion of B.Com but the chances of opportunities for growth are minimal, thus I recommend you to go for MBA/PGDM.
