B.Com with or without industry integrated focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects prepares you for finance and accounting jobs in enterprises. BBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and operations. Dear candidate,
As per my view, you should apply for MBA after this you may go for government or private jobs. MBA degree will give you more and more opportunity in your future.

After the completion of your UG, you can opt for a MBA/PGDM program which will help you in enhancing your management skills. It will be helpful for future growth and promotions. Although, there are lakhs of MBA graduates in the country but only around 10% are employable. Thus, the chances of growth in this field are quite high if you extract and enhance your skill by joining a MBA/PGDM program. Coming on to the jobs, you will easily get a job after completion of B.Com but the chances of opportunities for growth are minimal, thus I recommend you to go for MBA/PGDM.
There are also a lot of other options like LLB, mass communication etc.
