After completing B.Com you can directly register for IPCC examination, you don't need to crack CPT if you have done your B.Com with 60% or more (aggregate). You have to do 9 months articleship also before giving the IPCC examination.

If I talk about the best colleges in India, undoubtedly it is SRCC of University of Delhi. To make it to there you probably need 99% in 12th standard but once you are in then nothing else can stop you from achieving good heights except yourself.

It depends on your class 12th percentage. If you are a 99% holder then the best college for you is Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, but with 80-90% you should appear in the examination of Banaras Hindu University (it is one of the top universities in India, ranked 7th in the list given by MHRD, Indian Government).

If you are looking for B.Com degree then it would be better that you complete your B.Com in India, then you can go abroad for higher studies. It is better not to go abroad at too early age.
