Hi,
The best ones are NUS and NTU. They require GRE or GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS along with academic grades, LORs etc.

The eligibility for CA foundation is class 11th. Any graduation degree is the eligibility for CA inter.

There is a HR department in every company to recruit and manage employees. You can do MBA in HR as it is one of the evergreen and decent field with limited scale.

If you are interest in computers, then you can pursue MCA in distance. Some universities takes class 12th non-mathematics graduates with a mathematics bridge course along with 1st year MCA. If not, then you can do Diploma in engineering through distance mode in other interested branch.
