If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management), in order to pursue this course, you need to be 12th pass from any stream with 40%-50% in class 12th with English as one of the subjects. Also, you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.

Definitely, you have a good academic record barring your graduation. If you get a good percentile, clearing all the respective cutoffs of XAT, then you just need to justify your dip in graduation marks during interview. You can say you invested time in extra curricular which resulted in a dip in marks
