you can do job, CS, CFA , CFA ,ccap , MBA , M.Com , llm , mphil , CA , icwa , actuarial Science courses as you wish.

you should give CAT entrance exam and should secure above 97 percentile only then there are chances of getting admission in IIMA

you should prepare for CAT entrance exam because in top IIMs you can get admission only through CAT with good percentile I.e.,above 90

When you are preparing for MBA you should go for it. You can also go for CFA.Chartered Financial Analyst.
