There are some Courses like
*Accounting Technician Course (ATC) , Conduct by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
*Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) , Conduct by Institute of Cost Accountants of India
The above courses have a lot value because they are recognised by the India's Biggest Professional Body set by an act of parliament

2) some universities are there, offers MBA to engineering.graduates only
3) naturally, being a professional graduate, engineers will paid more, if they have MBA in fields like marketing,operations,it to manage top level technical management positions
4) As MBA is open to all graduates, any candidate can compete to get good salary and fame through getting a seat frm prestigious colleges.
5) Technical management is different from other management, where engineering.graduates only eligible with MBA

Eligibility for B.COM (H)-
10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board of education.
Commerce stream/ Maths subject is however preferable.
No entrance test. Admissions are strictly on merit basis.
Not every university requires maths at +2 level. Hence, yes you can do BBA. Just keep yourself updated with the university/college in which you aspire to get admission, as some take entrance test, while others take admissions on merit basis.

Both the degrees B.Com or BMS before LLB are equally good. You can do any. Both will help you to become good corporate lawyer or tax consultant.
