The kind of job you will get depends totally on you and your capabilities. If you are better at finance then you will get a job paying job on finishing B.Com in accounts & finance, similarly if you have subject knowledge and command over computer Science then that course will also lead to a well paying job.
Don't get stuck in a wrong course because of future job prospects.

I don't think any University offers graduation as one year course. It is normally a 3 year course in the case of B.Com.
