After getting B.com. degree, one can go for CA and can also do M.com. in interested subjects.

Frankly speaking, you won't make it any top college viz. NM, Jai Hind, HR or Podar, unless you're covered under any quota, which I safely assume you aren't. Rest of the colleges, it really doesn't matter. None of them have concerns about attendance. I suppose you should be indifferent about the college you get into as in my humble opinion, in the end it won't matter much.

It depends on what you want to do in life after pursuing the course. That should be factored in.
