UPSC exams.

Frankly speaking, you won't make it any top college viz. NM, Jai Hind, HR or Podar, unless you're covered under any quota, which I safely assume you aren't. Rest of the colleges, it really doesn't matter. None of them have concerns about attendance. I suppose you should be indifferent about the college you get into as in my humble opinion, in the end it won't matter much.
