As far as government job is concerned, it does not make any difference. As every job in government has its own various arrangement for entrance. So you can go for either of the course.

Yes of course, you are eligible to apply for B.Com course after completing 12th. To apply for this course, you should have completed intermediate from a recognized school or equivalent qualification. You must have secured at least 60% marks for general candidates and 55% marks for reserved categories. There are no entrance examination for B.Com course but few reputed institution or universities may conduct the entrance examination.

There are several courses which you can do along with your B.Com but before you decide upon any course you should know what are your interests and career aspirations. The choices can be in the field of accounts (like CA, ICWA or CS), or you can opt for short term IT Courses, (Like SAP, 3D Animation computer programming etc.)

I would suggest to continue with b.a at bhu for two reasons. one is the course will give you chances to pursue many other options in master's and its different from commerce. Secondly, you can do management course as PG with this as well. If there is any specific purpose of doing b.com, its upto u.

Some of DU students are able to pick up very good high salary job after graduation. If you are able to pick up a good job you are advised to take it and try for MBA in India ir abriad after gaining 3 to 4 years experience. This strategy will help you to have a very good managerial career.

There is no need to get confused. First of all keep your aim clear and than decide accordingly. Still if you wish, it is a better prospect to go for BBA from Narsee Monjee.
