Yes, you are eligible for all UPSC exams where graduation degree is required. You can appear for civil services examination.

c.a means a)cost accounting i. e.icwai b) chartered accountant .i. e icai.b.com provides conceptual base to pursue c.a.so,a) for icwai,just graduation is required.you can directly pursue inter level.b) from icai you need to qualify cpt .follow the website of icwai (icmai) and icai respectively.
