according to supreme Court guidelines 50 to 55% are important for admission in any under graduate courses thus,its very difficult to get admission in Delhi .so I suggest you if you want to study BA(hons)psychology then join Sam Higginbotham institute of technology & sciences (Uttar parades) Allahab

for UPSC u should go for BA and then MA in subjects like -
1) history
2) pol science
3)geoghraphy
4) philosophy
5) psychology
and then u can crack upsc exam easily
