The profile looks alright but the Cmat score of 86%ile compared to last years' cut off 96%ile would be too low. If you applied to achievers' round you may have a chance to get shortlisted for the profile based selection.

Yes u can fill for pgdm. Cutoffs go pretty high but u surely can give a try
