Distance MBA is a good option if you have financial constraints. I can also suggest you to find a good job . Once you reach a level where you personally feel ready to take the jump in all aspects, then you may pick regular MBA. Till the time you'll be able to save sufficient funds and also most of the B-Schools prefer experienced candidates.
B.Com graduates can get job in the following sectors-
