Having an 76 percentile in JEE Mains and OBC category, it is possible to get a seat in B.E. Mining Engineering course at MBM Jodhpur, but this may be at the borderline. The last instalments of data indicate that in the case of OBC candidates (especially under a home-state quota; Rajasthan), the cut-off mark in less popular branches such as Mining Engineering in MBM Jodhpur can remain between 65-70 percentiles. The migration to an affiliated college such as S.D. College to study B.Com course is available in your second year of study, from Panjab University, Centers for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). You would require to be approved by the principals of both CDOE and S.D. College, and purchase Migration Certificate in Panjab University. Make sure that credits you have gained at CDOE within your first year are transferable to S.D. College and should be accredited there easily because they are subsidiaries of the same university.
