For admission to BHU Bhopal B.Ed course, aspirants must hold a valid bachelor's degree. The qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised university. Yes, Definitely a Masters degree after  B.Ed can help me get a better job and salary in Teaching field as some famous schools require their teachers to be a Masters degree holder. You can also apply to be a lecturer in Colleges as the eligibilty to apply teaching into Colleges is a minimum percentage of marks in your postgraduate studies and often require passing a competitive exam like UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) or a similar state-level test to demonstrate your academic competency.
