Hi dear, it varies state to state and college to college, as per you want to do pharmacy from any government recognized university of college you need to appear for the NEET examination, however, 75% of colleges give direct admission based on your percentage through counseling. Yes, you can if you are a registered pharmacist and you have a licence then you are able to open a pharmacy or if you don't have a licence then apply for the licence and then open pharmacy.
