D degree is actually better than a B.Pharma degree even though both are undergraduate courses. Pharma. D stands for doctor of pharmacy and it is a 6-year academic programme. It comprises more of clinical aspects of pharmacy than B.Pharma. Does and there are more job opportunities too. Bachelor of Pharmacy, B.Pharma is an undergraduate degree course in the pharma field. The duration of this course is 4 years. After the completion of this course, an individual can practice as a Pharmacist or chemist.
