The Eligibility criteria for B. Pharmacy is that, candidate have to qualify class 12th Science with either PCB or PCM or PCMB with at least 60 percentage.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / R&D areas, then M.Pharma would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side, then MBA would be better.
