According to the MGKVP reviews available on Shiksha.com, BPharma students of various MGKVP-affiliated institutes provided an average rating of 3.9 stars (out of 5) to BPharma placements at MGKVP Varanasi. In some institutes, students need to maintain a minimum aggregate score during the course duration to be eligible to participate in the placement drive. Students commented that BPharma students get placed at a salary package ranging from INR 2.5 LPA to INR 5 LPA. The placement rate is over 50%. Top recruiting companies that are known to have visited the campus for placements include Sun Pharma, Lupin, Mankind, Cipla, etc.

As per the PIET cutoff information for 2024, the HSTES last round closing rank for the General All India category was 1353. Earlier, in 2023, the cutoff for the same category was 430. This fluctuating trend in cutoff indicates a decrease in competition.

There is no provision for direct admissions at MGKV for BPharma. The sleection criteria is merit based with the college accepting CUET scores for the same. Participation in UPTAC counselling is mandatory for seat allocation. Additionally, present the required documents to establish the eligibility at the time of admission.

For BPharma admissions, PIET offers a total of 60 seats. This implies that a total of 60 students can take admission to the BPharma programme. Students who wish to get a seat must register for the HSTES counselling process. Moreover, students must also note that the aforementioned seat intake is as per official sources. However, it is subject to change.

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (also known as MGKVP Varanasi) offers a full-time BPharma programme through its affiliated institutes. Admission to the programme is subject to the fulfilment of the following eligibility criteria:

Yes, PIET offers a few BPharma seats to be filled via management quota. As per the official website, 25% of the total seats are management quota seats. These seats are to be filled by the institutions directly. Admissions to the remaining 75% seats are done by HSTES as per the reservation policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.
