Pharmacy and microbiology are two different fields. A pharma student can continue only in pharmacy while a microbiology graduate after M.Sc in biochemistry can work at the same post as a pharmacy candidates in most of the places. So choose according to your will.

The Bachelor of Pharmacy degree is popularly known as B-Pharma in India. It is a four-year program with both annual and semester schemes available. In order to be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects.
