Bachelor of Pharmacy eligibility:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy requires a candidate to have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology as subjects. One must also pass with at least 50% marks in Pre University Course with biology/mathematics as one of the subjects, or complete a D.Pharma. (Diploma in Pharmacy).
There is an option of pursuing Direct Second Year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) if one has: Should have aggregate of 50% marks in the First and Second year D. Pharmacy Examination with a pass in HSC or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) or Mathematics. Or
Minimum qualifying marks in 10+2 examination as per Regulation (1a) above with pass in two year D. Pharmacy course.
The criteria of minimum percentage of marks may differ from institute to institute. In some states it is also mandatory to give an additional pharmacy entrance examination in order to be eligible for the course.

Sales & Marketing job sector also hire a huge number of pharmacy graduates. One can also work in retail stores of medicines. After registering with the state Pharmacy Council, you can open chemist/drug shop and sell medicines as per doctors prescription.
On the other hand, Agriculture Engineering is a technologically sophisticated field that offers bright career prospects and opportunity in any country around the world, and in various sectors.
Well-paid careers are available for qualified agricultural engineers in government and public sector organizations, agribusiness firms, food processing and retail industry, research organizations and laboratories, banks and financial corporations, central and state government organizations and private firms. So at the end of the day, it boils down to your area of interest and you would need to take the final call.

After completing BAMS course, one can get a job in government or private sector as:
1. Central Government Jobs:
- As an insurance medical officer in ESI hospitals
- As a medical officer in Central Government Health service
2. State Government Jobs:
- As a medical officer in state government Ayurveda hospitals
- As a Medical officer in Municipal Corporation hospital
Private Sector Jobs:

Many organizations and research institutions are working in the manufacturing and research field in abroad are requiring the professional in this field.The professionals in this field can work in companies those deal with the Unani preparations. He/she may get the job in Unani colleges as a professor or the researcher. So, it depends on where your interest lies and what you want to finally pick up.
