Dear Anand,
It would be better if you go for B.E as for B.Pharma you need to have biology as a subject in the 11th and 12th standard.

With 56 marks in CET you can expect to get a college in pharmacy as last year cut off ranged from 156 to 44 for different colleges across Maharashtra where around 150 pharmacy colleges are there offering B.Pharma.
