Yes, in Hyderabad, some colleges offer B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture programs with admission options beyond the conventional entrance exams. Notably Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) accepts students through a Special Quota (formerly known as the Self-Financing Quota). This option enables students who have not acquired seats through standard counseling to receive admission by paying a higher cost. For the academic year 2024-25 PJTSAU has awarded seats under this quota among numerous colleges including the College of Agriculture in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad which has an intake of 145 students.

Your 288 points from the 600 marks in CUET 2024 PCB domain give you a possibility to secure admission to BSc Agriculture at CSKHPKV Palampur (HP) as a ST applicant. The university presents merit lists that originate from CUET scores. The standard cutoff requirement for the ST category group tends to be less stringent. The previous cutoff scores for ST category students ranged between 240 and 260 marks. The specific cutoff grade depends on the total number of applicants present as well as available seat status.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) at TNAU

When it comes to seeing how much a score of 184.5 in state board examinations would determine admission to B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), it is important to take into consideration the cut-off marks for previous years, as well as the overall competition.

Admission would be based on general performance in board examinations and entrance examinations set by ICAR for out-of-state applicants. However, being a native of Tamil Nadu, you will have to go through the official process of counseling by TNAU after activation of the link post-exams.

It could be difficult to get accepted into prestigious government universities for demanding programs like B.Sc. Agriculture or Pharm.D. with an EAMCET score of 47054. Seats may still be available at some private or less competitive colleges nevertheless. Students with this rank may be admitted to some private or less well-known government colleges for the B.Sc in Agriculture but the odds are better at lesser-known schools The cutoff for each college determines the availability of seats for Pharm.D. programs however private schools can provide you a higher opportunity.
