If you want to make your career in research field then regular mode education will help you to grow and get the knowledge, lab work and research experience. Especially regular interaction with faculties will help you to understand the course and further planning.

If you want to make your career only an only in teaching then B.Sc biology is far batter then B.Sc. agriculture because biology will give you waste knowledge in this field which is suitable for teaching job. In agriculture you will get jobs related to farming and other agriculture jobs like research, etc.

There are many colleges in Gujarat that offer B.Sc in biology but according to my search, only two institutes offer B.Sc in cell and molecular biology.
They are Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Institute of Cell and Molecular Biology and Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda
