You are eligible for Mba, generally distance mba doesnt provide placements. So advise you to go after genral management in full time course. You can also join executive mba. The scope of slary n growth is immense if you select the best top 30mba colleges in India.

Career scope after B.Sc Biology is quite limited. You can afford to become a teacher at school level or asistant in the Biology Lab. Some scope is also there in the industries which involve fermentation process. As a matter of fact you can also appear for state PSC & UPSC exams for a career in givt section (admin line). You can apply in the Foresnic department. However, if you can do post graduation in Microbiology than the scope would be larger.
