Yes, you are eligible for the same. For doing Masters in Biotechnology you have to be a graduate from a recognized university in the science field. Make sure that you have first division in your grads as most of the good institutes requires
first division as there minimum eligibility for entrance, which could be direct or via entrance exams.

Hi,
If we talk about B.Sc in chemistry, it does not have much scope for the jobs. You have to either do M.Sc/B.Ed/Ph.D to get a job in the private sector. But B.Sc in microbiology has good scope for the job if you pursue it from top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc.

The first point is your interest. If you like to study Chemistry or Microbiology, because both subject have wide scope in different fields like Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Fertilisers etc.
