Yes, you can pursue an MA in Tamil at Senthamil College after completing a B.Sc in Computer Science (B.Sc CS) as the eligibility criteria for an MA program generally requires only a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

MA Program Eligibility: The basic requirement for pursuing an MA (Master of Arts) program, including an MA in Tamil, is a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

B.Sc CS as Qualification: Since your B.Sc CS degree is a bachelor's degree, it satisfies the minimum eligibility requirement for an MA program.

Chances are less that you will be granted admission to a course of BSc CS with 47% marks in your HSC exam, since most colleges demand an aggregate of at least 50-60% in the Science stream for admission to a BSc Computer Science course.

Yes, Here are few colleges which I will suggest you to study B.Sc Computer Science for 1 year before moving to Germany for a Bachelor's degree in Banglore :

Since you are applying for German universities, Mostly German Universities do no except transfer of credits from most of the colleges so first you have to check for that . For the time being

1) IISc Banglore is the only college where German Universities accept the transfer of credits .

But there should be no entrance exam so there are no colleges in Banglore where you can pursue B.Sc one year and then move to Germany.

Yes, the candidates who wish to apply for an MSc Electronics course need to have a bachelor's degree in BSc Electronics or any relevant discipline from a recognised university, with a minimum aggregate of 50%. You can also consider preparing for some entrance exams like IIT JAM and CUET PG, the resulting scores of which can help you enrol into your desired college.
