No, generally PCB students are not eligible for Bsc computer Science they are only eligible if they have maths in their optional subject in their 11th class . pcb students who don't have maths in their optional subject are not eligible for Bsc computer science

Several government colleges in India offer BSc Computer Science and BSc Data Science programs through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Some of the notable institutions include 

Banaras Hindu UniversityJamia Millia Islamia, Delhi University, University of Hyderabad, and Aligarh Muslim University. Amity University in Noida also accepts CUET for these programs.
